Many companies I speak with have not started to plan for the eventual economic up-tick. Many of our recent past and present problems have taken there toll on advance planning. The same lack of planning seen for the big recession could result in even more problems when the economy recovers. Many employed people looking for jobs mention that when the economy improves, they will leave their present employer. These may be the workers that have assisted your survival during the last several years.
