Over the years we have developed an On-the-Job Interview (OJI) for clients looking to feel comfortable making a commitment to a new employee. The process starts with a complete understanding of your position and a very careful screening process conducted by our office. When we locate a candidate we both like, we schedule them to come and work at your facility for 3 hours at minimum wage to see if your work environment and their skill set is a perfect match. If it works out we proceed with a drug screen and perform our standard employment file review (background check, job verifications, E-verify, drivers license history check if warranted).

Not only do we cover all the taxes, unemployment, workers' comp claims, resume review and interviewing, we also handle all disciplinary actions and terminations. This limits your liability, and more importantly saves you time.

Another unique innovation we have is the "No Call/ No Show Fee". If our employees fail to give proper notice before quitting or missing a shift, they will have their final paycheck reduced by $75.00. Half of this fee is credited on your invoice as an inconvenience credit. This helps eliminate workers from interrupting your business and wasting your time.

Our contracts run 60 calendar days, not 90 working days like our competitors. We also arrange for temp workers to cover your labor shortages using the same process we do for permanent placements. Remember: We staff for a large variety of positions and we are qualified to find: managers, sales, general labor, drivers, techs, mechanics, administration, front office, etc.
