| THE VALUE OF TEMPORARY WORKERS |
Since I bought Momentum almost 6 years ago, most of our customers have wanted us to provide employees they could hire after our contract period is over. In today's economy, customers are requesting temporary workers to cover for weekly labor shortfalls or part-time projects. Since we have placed thousands of workers over the years, a lot of these individuals are coming back looking for us to assist them once again, in any way we can. What this means for you, is we have a supply of people who have already met our stringent requirements and need work immediately.
